Grassroots Lifesaving Outreach (LESGO) is an impartial, neutral and independent Non-Governmental Organization whose mission exclusively established to promote life in underserved communities through empowering communities to know and protect lives including their environment towards ensuring safe habitation through participatory methodology. Established in Grassroots Lifesaving Outreach was established in 2010 but was incorporated in the year 2011 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). LESGO exists to partner with government and relevant agencies to promote and strengthen humanitarian law and a universal principle that seeks to honor the dignity of mankind with support and believe that Life is worth living and living well.

Project: Provision of Emergency Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) to the Flood-Affected Vulnerable Population in Girei and Fufore LGAs of Adamawa State. (CBPF-NGA-25-R-NGO-35874)
Background
Grassroot Lifesaving Outreach [LESGO] is implementing a Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) intervention to support vulnerable communities in Girei LGA of Adamawa State. This initiative aims to improve household resilience and well-being through targeted cash transfers. To facilitate this, we are seeking qualified service providers or partners to support the following key components: beneficiary registration, verification & validation, and post-distribution monitoring (PDM).
Objectives of the Assignment
Beneficiary Registration Collect data on potential beneficiaries using digital platforms or mobile data collection tools, with strong recommendations on the use of the Adamawa State Social Register. LESGO will provide Data source for the Social Register.
Verification & Validation Ensure accuracy of beneficiary data through cross-checks, eligibility screening, and consent protocols.
Post-Distribution Monitoring Conduct surveys and assessments to measure the impact, satisfaction, and challenges of the MPCA support among recipients.
Scope of Work
The selected partner will be expected to:
Develop and deploy a secure data collection system.
Put together a team of field enumerators for each activity
Train field enumerators on registration and verification protocols (two days).
Manage a centralized beneficiary database.
Conduct validation through physical and/or remote methods.
Implement PDM using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
Prepare detailed reports, analytics and digitization.
