LESGO Conducts Joint Monitoring Visit to Health Facilities in Yola South LGA
On the 28th and 29th of August, LESGO team, in collaboration with the World Health Sector Coordinator and his team, conducted a joint monitoring visit to several health facilities in Yola South Local Government Area (LGA), Adamawa State. The purpose of the visit was to evaluate the operational standards, patient care quality, and compliance with health regulations at these facilities.
The health facilities visited included Malkoyi Health Facility, Ngurore Health Facility, and the Jacchingo Settlement in Bole Yolde Parte, where our mobile health team was actively delivering healthcare services. During the assessment, the facilities were found to be generally well-maintained, with strong areas of service delivery, though a few opportunities for improvement were also identified.
This visit highlights our commitment to ensuring that health services meet the highest standards of care and that communities in Yola South LGA have access to quality healthcare. By continuously monitoring and evaluating these facilities, we aim to improve health outcomes for underserved populations in the region.
